1) Thermal power plant: medium speed coal mill barrel liner plate, fan impeller nest shell, dust collector inlet flue, ash pipe, bucket turbine liner plate, separator connecting pipe, coal crusher liner plate, coal hopper and crusher liner plate, burner burner, coal hopper and funnel liner plate, air preheater support shingle, separator guide blade. The above parts do not have high requirements on the hardness and wear-resisting strength of the wear-resisting steel plate, which can be made of NM360/400 thickness of 6-10mm.
2) Coal yard: lining of feeding trough and funnel, liner of hopper, fan blade, bottom plate of pusher, cyclone dust collector, lining plate of coke guide, lining of ball mill, stabilizer of drill, bell and base of spiral feeder, lining of kneading machine bucket, ring feeder, bottom plate of dump truck. The working environment of coal yard is harsh, which has certain requirements on corrosion resistance and wear strength of wear-resistant steel plate. It is recommended to use wear-resistant steel plate made of NM400/450 HARDOX400 with thickness of 8-26mm.
3) Cement factory: chute lining, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, separator blade and guide blade, fan blade and lining, recovery bucket lining, screw conveyor bottom plate, pipeline assembly, frit cooling disk lining, conveying groove lining board. These parts also require wear resistant steel with better wear and corrosion resistance, which can be made of NM360/400 HARDOX400 thickness of 8-30mmd.
4) Loading machinery: unloading mill chain plate, hopper liner plate, grab blade plate, automatic dump truck dump plate, dump truck body. This requires wear-resistant steel with extremely high wear strength and hardness. It is recommended to use wear-resistant steel with NM500 HARDOX450/500 thickness of 25-45MM.
5) Mining machinery: ore, stone crusher lining plate, blade, conveyor lining plate, baffle. Such parts require extremely high wear resistance and can be made of NM450/500 Hardox 450/500 with a thickness of 10-30mm.
6) Construction machinery: cement pusher tooth plate, concrete mixing building, mixer lining plate, precipitator lining plate, brickmaking machine mold plate. NM360/400 thickness of 10-30mm wear-resistant steel plate is recommended.
7) Engineering machinery: loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side edge plate, bucket bottom plate, blade, rotary drilling rig drill pipe. This kind of machinery needs particularly strong and high wear-resistant steel plate, available material is NM500 HARDOX500/550/600 thickness 20-60mm high strength wear-resistant steel plate.
8) Metallurgical machinery: iron ore sintering machine, conveying elbow, iron ore sintering machine liner board, scraper liner board. Because this kind of machinery needs high temperature resistance, strong hardness wear-resistant steel plate. Therefore, HARDOX600HARDOXHiTuf series wear-resistant steel plate is recommended.
9) wear-resistant steel plate can also be used in sand mill barrel, blade, all kinds of freight yard, dock machinery so parts, bearing structure parts, railway wheel structure parts, rolls, etc.
